Returns & Exchanges

While we do our best to be as accurate as possible with every order, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent or a small mark missed. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders but when they arise, then we will handle it like champs!

If your order arrives and you put your head in your palms, kindly note:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

All items are printed to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or are unhappy with the style or size of the garment.
Check our size charts carefully and take a moment to measure your parts. Order the size you usually wear, if no measurement is possible.

Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items

We will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (eg. wrong design, style, color or size). On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will re-send a replacement - thats the champs part!
Note: There can be variation between the physical print and what you see on screen. Our t-shirts and merchandise are printed using direct-to-garment printing (digital printing).
We can not guarantee always an exact colour match. There will always be variances due to the differences in cotton, pre-treatment, underbase and color profiles of the software etc but we are doing our best to be as close as possible to the graphic on your PC/Phone.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

Customer prefers another size
Customer ordered the wrong colour
Customer changed his/her mind on the design


The product does not fit well. Can we refund or exchange?
Similar to our change of mind policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the item does not fit in terms of size. This is due to the custom and individual nature of each print on the garment.

We recommend for you to please take your time, measure all well, evaluate the correct size needed based on size chart and your overall experience with clothing and the size you usually wear.

If you are considering ordering more products, order only one shirt first, test it and see if the size fits you well, then you can go crazy and order all the others.


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed goods - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a re-shipment or we reserve the right to donate goods to charity.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized
